Legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the agreement between you and Kerainvite when you use the platform to run an online store.
Last updated: October 2026 · Working draft for launch review
1. Using Kerainvite
Kerainvite provides tools to create and manage an online store. By using the platform you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information about your business, your products and your prices.
You are responsible for the products you list and for complying with the laws that apply to selling them, including labelling, taxation and delivery obligations.
2. Accounts and stores
You must keep your login details secure and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Store names must not impersonate another business or mislead customers.
We may suspend a store that is used for fraud, prohibited products, or activity that harms customers or the platform.
3. Plans, limits and billing
The Free plan is available at no cost and includes the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.
Plan limits apply to products and categories. If you exceed a limit, you can upgrade or remove items to stay within it. Upgrading keeps your existing products, categories and orders.
4. Payments between stores and customers
Kerainvite is not a party to the sale between a store and its customer. Stores currently accept Cash on Delivery or manual UPI payments, and are responsible for verifying payments and fulfilling orders.
Automatic payment gateway integration is planned for a later phase and is not part of the platform today.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the text, images and product information you upload. You grant Kerainvite permission to store and display that content in order to run your storefront.
You confirm that you have the right to use the images and descriptions you upload.
6. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be added as the product develops.
Planned features described on this website — including automatic payment gateways and custom domains — are not available until they are released and announced.
7. Cancellation
You can stop using the platform at any time. Downgrading or cancelling a paid plan moves your store to the applicable plan limits from the next billing period.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page once support channels are published.
This page is a working draft prepared for the Kerainvite launch. Final company details and legal review will be completed before the platform opens for public sign-ups. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
