Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Kerainvite collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 2026 · Working draft for launch review

1. Information we collect

When you create a store, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, store name, store description and logo. We also store the products, categories, prices and images you add to your catalogue.

When a customer places an order on your store, we store the details they submit: name, phone number, delivery address, ordered items and any payment reference they provide.

2. How we use this information

We use your information to operate your store, display your catalogue, process and track orders, generate invoices and provide support. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Aggregated, non-identifying information may be used to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it.

3. Store and customer data

As a store owner, you are responsible for the customer information you collect through your storefront and for using it lawfully — for example, for order fulfilment and delivery only.

Customers should contact the store they purchased from for questions about an order.

4. Payments

Kerainvite does not currently process card payments. Stores may accept Cash on Delivery or manual UPI payments, where the customer pays directly to the store's UPI ID and submits a payment reference for verification.

Automatic payment gateway integration is planned for a later phase. If it is introduced, this policy will describe how payment data is handled before it is enabled.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your session and store basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies on this marketing website.

6. Data retention

Store, product and order records are retained while your account is active so your history and invoices remain available. If you close your account, you can request deletion of your store data, subject to any records we are required to keep.

7. Service providers

We rely on third-party providers for hosting, database infrastructure and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service to us.

8. Your choices

You can update your store details, edit or delete products, and export or request deletion of your store data. Marketing emails, if introduced, will include an unsubscribe option.

9. Security

Access to store data is restricted to the account that owns the store. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the platform develops. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.

Contact details for privacy questions will be published here once configured. You can also reach us through the contact page.

This page is a working draft prepared for the Kerainvite launch. Final company details and legal review will be completed before the platform opens for public sign-ups.
